The Rotary Die Cutter RDC-3852 comes standard with inline waste stripping system and delivery conveyor. Using flexible dies, many products can be easily and quickly produced and separated from the waste sheets without other optional accessories, that includes the process of cutting, kiss cutting, scoring, perforating and even window punching.
RDC-3852 can efficiently produce work at speeds up to 4,000 sheets per hour and run with stocks ranging from 150 gsm to 400 gsm. The batch/surge function enables the running of batching finished product like playing cards to be simple and neat.
